The multi million dollar factory is built on a total area of 500,000 square feet (40,000m2 entrenched with boundary markers) and is located in Al Jarf (New Industrial Area) of Ajman.

The factory consists of a double storey main office building, one accomodation building for company workers, and th emain factory premises for production.

The factory is subdivided into twelve sectiosn comprimised of quality heavy machines.
